Return policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Clearance items and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@cnautomap.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and return instructions. Return requests must be approved before items are sent back.
3. Refund Details
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
